Data Processing

This is a placeholder for CINEQ's data-processing information and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The final documents must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.

The platform is architected to be DPA-ready: patient-related data is minimized and pseudonymized, and only the CINEQ Case ID together with production-necessary data is intended to be shared with the contract manufacturer. Any transfer to a manufacturer outside the EU requires a separate, documented data-protection assessment before it is enabled.
